The Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson is a non-profit that provides transitional housing and emergency assistance to families and individuals in need in the Fort Atkinson Area.

HCFA's Mission: "Enhance the quality of life for persons and families who need assistance and a place to live." HCFA's Vision: "We believe that everyone should have a place to call home." HCFA can provide the following: Emergency overnight shelter, Transitional Housing- Temporary housing to families and individuals experiencing homelessness, Rebuild- Partnering with other agencies for help with employability, financial management etc. Please consider donating for the months of March and April!
